How to Fly the Helicopter in FIRE PLANES

The official Roblox description always listed helicopters next to airplanes. Official thumbnails show a bright orange utility helicopter with a long snorkel or bucket cable hanging under the fuselage. This page is how to fly that airframe without copying a plane scoop and rolling it into a street.

We do not invent a cash price the live shop does not show. Confirm the unlock in the plane icon menu. The only listed Robux pass is still Double Money at 199 Robux — it does not spawn a helicopter. Rankings: plane tier list.

Why the helicopter exists

Fixed-wing dumps are curtains. They are perfect for a Town Defense fire line and for Mega Fire volume. They are clumsy when one house is lighting and the rest of the street is fine. The helicopter is the rooftop tool: hover, dump, translate to water, repeat.

Poko’s June 2026 shop look showed two planes and did not linger on a rotorcraft. Later official art does. Treat the helicopter as post-spike roster, and check the live shop after the 14 August 2026 universe stamp. Changelog.

Controls that change

The HUD icons do not change. Gear still holds invert pitch. Space still dumps. What changes is energy: you can stop. That is the whole skill.

• Collective / climb. Small pitch inputs. A plane scoop dive will put the rotor into the lake.
• Hover. Flatten over the target roof or over the lake. Console analog sticks help; keyboard needs taps, not holds.
• Bucket fill. Lower until the snorkel or bucket is in the water. Wait. Climb vertically before you translate. How to Scoop Water covers the “you must touch water” rule — it still applies.
• Dump. Hold Space on one house or one cell. Do not paint a 200-stud line you cannot cover.

If invert pitch still owns you, fix it on Controls in the starter plane first. A confused hover over a town is how you become a wrecking ball.

A six-stack should not be six helicopters. One rotorcraft on roofs plus one tanker on the line is the coverage the players hub wants. Chat “I have heli, taking the square.”

Scoop mistakes unique to rotors

Plane splashdown. You cannot treat the helicopter like the yellow twin in the lake thumbnails. That hull is a boat. Yours is a hanging bucket. Descend slowly.

Translating while filling. Sideways movement yanks the bucket out. Fill, then move.

Hovering in the cell. Smoke is not cover. It is how you lose the lake. Scoop upwind water, then come back.

Empty dump on climb-out. Space is hold-to-drop on every airframe. Release before you lift or you water the sky.

Town Defense use

Waves 1–3: you can still learn on the starter. Waves 4–10: a helicopter on the house that just lit is worth more than a third tanker orbiting the same street. The Town Defender badge wants contribution to ten waves — badges and Protect Towns. Sitting AFK in a hover over an empty lake is not contribution.

If the village is already gone, switch modes next vote. The helicopter will not un-burn a map.

Money and unlocks

Do not buy Robux cash packs to skip to the helicopter. Fly the starter until a scoop-drop cycle is boring, then look at the live shop. Use the money planner with the helicopter’s actual cash price as Target, not the $500,000 tanker snapshot. Codes will not unlock it — there are none. Scripts that “spawn all vehicles” are not verified for this title; script safety.

Practice drill

1. Unlock or select the helicopter in the plane icon shop.
2. Vote Realistic.
3. Fly to a lake. Hover. Dip. Fill. Climb.
4. Translate to one roof or one small cell. Hold Space. Leave.
5. Repeat until you can do it without touching trees.

Then take it to Town Defense with a stack that already has a tanker. You are the scalpel. They are the hose.
